Hi, as I might have said before; I''m pretty new into OpenGL programming, and programming itself. =) So, I have seen ppl talking time to time about Matrixes and stuff.. Do not eat me if this is a silly question to ask. What do you mean with a Matrix? Could anyone give me a explanation on this? Thanks to anyone who answer this question. Kenneth Wilhelmsen -------------------------- He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. This disgrace to civilization should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, senseless brutality, deplorable love-of-country stance, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be a part of so base an action! It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder
Hey you got to start somewhere. Go to nehe.gamedev.net and read the tutorials there, they will explain to you lots of the good stuff on OpenGL, including matrices and such. I really suggest you buy a book on OpenGL to keep on your side, such as OpenGL Game Programming. Good luck. And a matrix is a 2-dimensional array of numbers with a set number of rows/columns. A matrix can actually be 3dimensions, but thats another story. peace.

I reccomend reading the redbook, it can be found online, and is included in nehe''s large .pdf download.

I have been writeing tutorials aimed at the newbie to OpenGL, i will do one on matrix math soon.
