Team name: Digital Confectioners We're a small group of independent developers. We are a registered company within New Zealand. Project name: Viva La Donuta Our current project is a match three variant, with (hopefully) some new and interesting twists to the usual game play that we see in this genre. Brief description: Viva La Donuta has been in production for the last month and 27 days. We're nearing the end of our production schedule, and we just need help with the sounds for this project. Target aim: Viva La Donuta is aiming for the broad appeal market, using portals and on site selling. We're aiming for $5USD as the selling point for this game. Shareware will also be available. Compensation: We can pay cash front up, so please when responding quote how much you usually charge. All payments are made in USD. As this is contract work, there are no royalties involved, and all work will belong to Digital Confectioners when payment is made. Technology: Target platforms are PC, Windows mainly. Potentially Mac and Linux versions may be compiled as well. Talent needed: We only require sound effect artists for this project only. You may be hired again after this project for another project, but this is purely contract work. Team structure: James Tan - Programmer / artist : Team member Sam Evans - Programmer : Team member Dan Nassick - Composer : Contractor Website: Website exists but it has not been developed or anything at this stage. Feel free to visit our blog however, which is running. Contacts: Please contact me via james.tan (at) digitalconfectioners.com . I am also present on the #gamedev IRC channel as just "james". Previous Work by Team: I have worked on UWindow2 which one first place in the Tools category for Make Something Unreal Contest, and as the programmer for "The Ball" which won two first place categories in the Gameplay and Physics category for Make Something Unreal Contest. Viva La Donuta is our first commercial game. Additional Info: Here is a screen shot of Viva La Donuta. Feedback: Any feedback is appreciated.
