Predicament: Our first title cannot integrate a robust online mode.

To give you some background, this my first multiplayer game and of course I wanted to do it the biggest possible with my team, at the point that we almost release it to all the consoles, currently we're about to release it, and we want to reach as much public as possible but the major issue is our limited knowledge about gamedev (in our country it's still a small industry, and we learned on the go). So it's hard to know the needs of the actual market.

Although the reception of it has been positive, the needs of the actual market are different: They want to play it online! So we hired the best profile we could find, and here we are with a buggy online mode, waiting to be implemented it as an update.

I want to know your opinion, maybe you have documentation, some shareable information or maybe you want to know more about it, I can respond any questions.

Hello Alex, what engine did you use for development?

We use Unity with Photon engine, I'm not the programmer of my team but if I can help I'll do my best
