Where can I find the rules on bumping topics?

Wasn't entirely sure where to ask this, so I put it here...
I posted a topic one of the forums a while back, and I only got one response, that did not actually address what I was looking for. It's been likely a little over a week without any responses, despite me responding to the other person.
I was wondering if anyone could direct me to where the bumping policies are for threads, because I honestly couldn't find them! Maybe I'm just blind.
Either way, thanks for the help in advance!
EDIT: Wrong poster.

Forum rules are here http://www.gamedev.n...uidelines-r2891

(Hilariously the two comments are spam)

I didn't see anything about bumping but traditionally it is frowned upon here if it's within a day of the original post.

We don't have set guidelines on bumping, and as long as you're sensible about it you won't have any problems -- a moderator will warn you if you're over-stepping the mark. In general I'd say a good rule of thumb is to wait at least 24 hours before bumping and to not continue to repeat bumping if you still aren't getting a response. If you're bumping a technical question you might try providing additional information with your bump, or asking if there is any more information that would help to solve your issue.
