GDTW'07: Day One

Today I find myself in Liverpool for the GDTW conference. I won't say too much here as I'll be posting a full(ish) report on it at the end of the conference. The welcome speeches haven't even started yet, and already I'm not entirely enthused by the proceedings, but we'll see - it should pick up. Maybe I've just been spoiled by GDC.

If you're in the Liverpool area, drop me a note - I've not been invited to the Gala dinner tonight, so, with assistance from noNchaoTic and ViLiO we're planning on throwing our own party instead, in a pub somewhere. And of course, if you're free tomorrow there's the IGDA North West party. The invitation says you don't need to be an IGDA member and you don't need to pay, you just need to print off the invite, so come say hi!
