Getting and staying well

Ha ha, "blog" became "journal".
In other news, this sickness is back and is rough. But if something good has come of it, it has led to taking a couple of health measures:
Drinking fire water. This stuff is just great generally, but especially if you are not feeling well.
To make, in a tall glass add..
a squeezed lemon
a swig of apple cider vinegar
a minced garlic clove
a little honey
a few pinches of salt
a good dose of powdered cayenne pepper
You can add whatever else you prefer at this point optionally; it could be warm vegetable broth or a little barley green or ginger tea or some squeezed grapefruit juice, etc.
Fill the rest of the glass with warm water while stirring gently.
Trying to keep on the B and C vitamins, too, and staying away from needless stress. Also, this monitor is positioned more ergonomically now, and there's a solid pillow in this chair.
