3D modeller dusted off

I've dusted off Opus recently and been messing about trying to get some more stuff working. Most of it has been under the hood stuff to improve performance but I did get the optional infinite grid working in the orthogonal views today. Was a pain in the bum but got there in the end.
I've reduced the amount of resizing that the background bitmap does on window resizing which has smoothed performance a bit and done some voodoo with the way the graphics device is re-acquired during the resizing process which has got rid of some annoying freezes.
I've been playing with several different methods to implement rotation with mouse drag in the ortho windows but haven't yet found a method I'm happy with. MilkShape's approach sucks and is very unpredictable in my opinion so I'm trying to find a method I like more. Same is true of the scaling tool.
Happy to report that yesterday was my two-weeks sober. All good stuff.
