On elections, streaks, and curses..

The Washington Redskins were defeated by the Green Bay Packers today. It was the Redskins last home game prior to the election. Does this mean the 36 year streak of the last Redskins home game result "predicting" the election outcome will hold true? Will Kerry be our next president? Or is this the year of broken streaks and curses. We'll find out soon.
