Hi, I just wanted to know if there''s supposed to be any problems when running a game built with DX 5 on a DX7-loaded computer? Martin

Sorry, I just realized that I posted in the wrong forum. My fault.

Strictly speaking, there''s not "supposed" to be any problems, but there have been reports of minor problems with the backwards compatability every now and then. I think the PC port of Final Fantasy 7 was one case, though that was DX 6.

Cloxs: Why don''t you delete those posts then?
