Would I be better off using visual c++ 4 or a freeware compiler like Dev-C++?
I wish there was a button on my monitor to turn up the intellegince. Theres a button called 'brightness' but it doesn't work

I would say VC++ 4. I''m pretty sure that it supports the latest SDK.
