They are trademarks, not copyrights

I''m not at home right now (I will be at 1pm Gamedev time), I don''t use any messengers (I guess I''ll download Totalim if that works with AIM), and my IP changes each time I log in (computer is off right now)

Oh, I guess you mean speed. DSL, 512kps downstream, 128kps upstream. About 40-50ms ping to google's server in California (I'm in Toronto). Dynamic IP because I don't leave my connection open 24/7 (new IP everytime I reconnect).

EDIT: Actually my ping might not be that good today, I just did google from a T1 connected to the same backbone as my DSL and *it* was 40-50ms (normally 30-35ms). From that I can guess my DSL will also be affected, probably 60-70ms or higher.
