ok i followed the instructions on to install but when i run glutmake.bat i get this message nmake nodebug=1 -f Makefile.win ''nmake'' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. what the hell is going on

You have to run glutmake.bat from within an environment that''s been prepared for using VC++ from the command line.

You can do this by running vcvars32.bat from the VC/bin directory before running glutmake.bat.
