Now, let me try to guess again: You have a set of inputs, and a desired set of outputs. Your "neuron generator" determines what set of weights creates the desired outputs given the desired inputs. It doesn''t appear to me that these neurons are actually being used in a neural network. Am I correct or incorrect?

The neurons are working together on 1 goal. They arent connected seperately, only with the best neuron at the end. This is because there is only 1 goal atm. All the neurons are the same for 1 purpose only.
