QT 2.3 problem !

Hi, i have made a QTabWidget with 2 tabs (QWidget) tab1 and tab2. I have inserted in tab1 and tab2, two QMultiLineEdit. The pb : when i resize the window, the tabs (1 & 2) resize because it''s expandable, but the QMultiLineEdit doesn''t do the same, it keep the same size. the question : How to make the QMultiLineEdit Expandable ? I try to use setSizePolicy() but it doesnt work ! thanks a lot.

here is how I did for QGLWidget derived class, perhaps it helps;


    // Make  a big widget that will grab all space in the middle.
    XGlWindow *bigWidget = new XGlWindow(this );
    
    bigWidget->setMinimumWidth(500);
    bigWidget->setMinimumHeight(500);
    bigWidget->resize(500, 500);
    QSizePolicy pol = bigWidget->sizePolicy();
    pol.setVerData(QSizePolicy::Expanding);
    pol.setHorData(QSizePolicy::Expanding);
    bigWidget->setSizePolicy(pol);

hmmmmm,

it doesnt work, because when the widget is shrunk the scroll bar doesn''t appear... so data will be hiddden !
