Ok, so I dont fill this thread with crap I''ll be productive. Hmm... now that I think about it, it does feel like the year went by fast. I think though that it feels this way ever year, but it''s just that we have Sep 11 to base time off of whereas we usually dont have something as affecting.

I also think this year is moving along quite fast. Time better move faster because I want my Super Mario Sunshine, Star Fox Adventures, Metroid Prime, Animal Crossing, and Legend of Zelda.

I want time to slow, actually stop, but I want to say when. Just like that Twilight Zone episode but without the nuke in the sky or Burgess Meredith in the library but WITH his glasses.

The year went by so fast because nothing great happened. Sure, a misssing girl here and there but nothing much.

Perhaps time seems to go faster because as you get older, each year seems smaller in comparison to your life as a whole. Geez, when I''m 80 (like I''ll make it that far) a year will probably seem like a month... no wonder they can all sit around doing cross-words all day.

I think it''s because the older you get, the more aware of time you are. Your entire life is based around dates and times when you''re a working man, out in the world. Each moment is usually spent waiting for the next moment to pass.

When you''re little, you''re completely oblivious to time, and you don''t know how fast it''s going.
