Who reviews free games?

I''m 1/2 way done with a game. How do I know if a game is good enough to be for shareware or for freeware or not good at all? Where do I apply for my game to be reviewed without any worries. Also I''m doing all the graphics drawings but I have no idea how I''ll do the music and sounds. Yes I''ll have temporary sounds and music which I can''t have in the final release because they''re not mine. So how do I meet a composer? Do we sign a contract or something so that nobody cheats the other person? This is my first official game I''m working on but I''ve done others.
www.madmonkey.net has a reviewing system, might not be exactly what you''re looking for, but it''s a great way to get feedback from indie game players and developers alike.
