How's this logo? Is it too plain, or too ___, etc. If it is, give me what is ____ and what I can do to improve it.

It''s good but I''d prefer more contrast, a good logo I''ve been told should look good at different levels of magnification AND in black and white.

Now that I''ve given YOU some feedback, can you give ME some???

All blue and low contrast, this is good if everything around it is all blue and low contrast, otherwise, yuck.
Too much empty space, add more to it or cut it up a little. Smaller text with the thing on the left behind it might look better.
Text is very bland. Custom making your own is much better for a logo. If you can't then, finding something more unusual can make up for it.

It's all good. Literally. I can't really think of much to improve it with. Although the center division looks a bit odd being that much closer to the "f".
You might widen it a few pixels and have | red|fox |.
Or you could cut the letters apart on "red" and move them apart slightly.

Thanks Lockpicke, you''re right about the division, I hadn''t noticed that, and also the vertical centering of the fox and red seems to be off. I''ll play with the kerning a little and see what happens. I was worried the font would be tough to read, guess not eh?

Thrander, too open, not enough contrast between the colors, and the bracketed circle looks a little but too fuzzy and lop-sided. (The fuzziness doesn''t go well with the lack of contrast and the sharpness of the other side of the picture)

absolutely correct. b/w fax machines.

thrander> shorten down the name, or use an abbreviation. too much text. and try to avoid too much blur.

fshana> nice one, but fix the kerning & the position problems.

The text is too dark. Don''t contrast too much, use a steel color for the text, that might help.

How''s the third one? I think it''s pretty decent. It isn''t too cluttery, has some contrast, and might look good with only black and white!

The second one has too much going on, I dont like it. The third one has the top red text WAY TOO BIG and WAY too distracting. It draws attention away from the name.


The hackers must have gotten into the system through the hyperlink!!
