Hi, we are a relatively small group of programmers and we would like a couple people to help us with the following things: 1.) Design 2.) Management These positions are not technical although they do require some time and dedication. We would like to work on an RPG, and have experience in game development as programmers. If you are interested in any of the two positions above please e-mail: andrey@u.washington.edu ------- "Programming is like sex make one mistake, and you have to support it forever." Hi, what kind of information would you like? In general, we have three programmers. Our goal right now is an engine for a game, we decided to get a designer to get a more clear vision of the game ... the long-term goal.
The Designer has to take ideas from the team and logically organize them on the document. The designer is allowed to fairly contribute to the design of the game as are all others. The designer must be good at organization and be willing to develop ideas further and develop a document or a set of documents in an organized manner.
• Take participation in design discussion.
• Create and update an organized design document.
• Allow to let the team take part in the creative process of design.

If you have any more specific questions feel free to mail me:

Sorry to bring up this dreaded question, but is there compensation involved, other than royalties?

It''s ok, if I would have been paying I would have said that right away . We do not have a source of money to pay people enough such that proffesional people would come. It is not to scare proffesionals off nevertheless.
