Let me start by saying the I have searched on google and haven''t found what I ma looking for. I''m in the IT dept. where I work and I get all the error notices from outlook (inbound mail failure, outbound mail failure), I have to look at them to make sure important mail isn''t missed (Some e-mails are vital and time sensitive). Long story short, a couple people quit and they got more spam every day than god gets prayers on Sunday. All that now comes to me (their addresses being deleted and all). How can I tell outlook to just block/delete/drop mail for a particular person/address? Jason Mickela ICQ : 873518 Excuse my speling. The V-Town Have-Nots

I assume you mean block sender. To do this you can make sure the e-mail message you want to get rid of is selected, then click on "Messages" > "Block Sender..." If you want to get fancy you can click on "Tools" > "Message Rules" > "Mail" and create a mail rule so that whenever an e-mail is received from a particular person, it dumps it into the Deleted Items folder and marks it as unread.
