Remote content management

Are there any remote news posting programs? I don''t want to use something like PHP-Nuke, because that just makes my site look like some cookie cutter web-journal. I''d like to open an administration page, put it a title, a body, and hit post. I''d like support for multiple users as well. I really don''t wanna share my index file either, as that would require downloading editing and re-uploading it, and becomes a nightmare with more then one person is updating.
