Any Mod Programmers?

I need help with my mod. This is for Half Life, the mod is for fun and something new to the HL engine. Each team decided to juice up the water guns to actually do some damage to the other team. So in this mod its not just water you shoot! You shoot acid water, electric water ect.... The mod needs a coder to do the final code and fix all bugs and work on the weapon code.
