linking error please help

when i compile my program i get this linking error could someone tell me why and how to fix it LIBCD.lib(wincrt0.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _WinMain@16 Debug/Evil.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals Error executing link.exe.

you need to either 1) add a winmain, or 2) if you are writing a console app(uses int main()), change the app type from win32 app to console app.
