I sent in an article on mouse maps for 2D iso engines about 2 or 3 times and I have had nothing back. Am I missing something? Oh the article was about how to use heightmaps in an isometric engine if anyone is interested. Dave has taken the production of featured articles mainly upon himself (for as long as I can remember) and he''s been rather busy of late, as you can see by the huge gap between the last two featured articles. I''ll ask him about you tho.

Well just an update but it''s been at least 6 months and still nothing about my article, if I''ve missed it then I''m blind!!!

I''ve sent it to about 6 or 7 people on here via e-mail now, and I''m hoping that I do''nt have to send it out every couple of days to people that have read it. If you need another copy then I can send it to you lot again.

Can I also suggest that you ask Dave to get someone to give him a hand as it is rather slow in article appearing on the site.

I''ll stop moaning now, and start being happy in the rest of this post.

This is one of the best web sites I''ve seen / used for information on games programming so I hope that you do not take the above as an attack on what is normally an excelent source for game development news and information sharing.

I''m hoping that at some point my own project''s website that I''m working on will be ready to go online and hopefully any articles that I write for it will be placed on Gamedev''s article list before anywhere else.
