how to use color greater than 256 to make animation like using jpeg files, or is there any way to set transparent color in jpeg files? or maybe gif files can be set to 1 million color and still have transparent color?? make me sick!!

Try the PNG format. You get the millions of colors and more than a 1-bit alpha channel.
