I encourage *everyone* here on Gamedev to sign. I think this is an excellent experiment in whether or not a petition hosted at PetitionOnline has any weight.
EDIT: And try and make your comment sound "professional", we don't want the petition to look like a joke.

Yeah, that is what I was refering too. If you go to the guy''s website he tells how he was informed on Tuesday that he will have to give up his domain name. So with almost 7000 names, nothing was done for him.

He could have had 1 million signitures and he still would have lost. Some people. There are LAWS against that. He was just trying to get attention to his stupid site. But since it''s MS, nobody cares to consider the law is on their side.
At least with Nissan.com it was a family name that''s been used for longer than the car company.
Windowsxp.nu is a blatent violation.
