doom like game

Is Doom a trademark of Id Software? Because if it is, Quake is

also not available for download at their site. Currently, they

are "under construction." But if any of you know of a site that

hosts their own DLs and not just a mirror, that would be great,

because I need to see what the big deal is about this Quake and

Doom Sourcecode also. What is the big deal? Can they not be

undermined? I think I had it once, when I was doing one of

those reckless DL surfs and I just never read it. I think it was

while I was still becoming lear-ned in C.

Ever heard of 3D Game Studio?? Try that. It''s EASY for making doom-style games. Go to Yahoo and do a search for 3D Game Studio.
