How come whenever i go to McDonalds, they always screw something on my order up?
Either their fries have too much salt on them or no salt at all, they give me Big Macs when I order Big ''n Tasties, and even last night, when they finally got my ORDER right, they forgot the PATTY on the big ''n tasty :s
How come on all their comercials, they show friendly white 25 year old females with perfect smiles treating their customers all nice and shit, but in reality, the people that work at the McDonalds near me are just non-english speaking, slacking, burger flippers?
Sorry, just had to get that out of me
Ironically, most of the workers at my local McDonalds are all little white teenagers with a lot of acne, who seem to be as equally inept as the stereotypical foreigner.
Regardless, it''s just one more reason to get your fast food from Wendy''s.

If you have that many problems with McDonalds why do you continue to go back? Make the right choice and go to Wendy''s next time.
In fact, take a trip to Dublin, Ohio, and visit the original Wendy''s!!!!
Actually, it ain''t that great, the employees are typical of any other fast food restaurant. I know a different Wendy''s that is much better. Sometimes, when they aren''t busy, there is ZERO wait time when I pull up to each window. Get this - they even have my change ready. Wow.

All fast food places screw up and sometimes if you''re hungry you don''t have a choice. I have a 15 minute break during my Cisco class and the only place near is McDonalds (unless I want to bring my own lunch... but I''m too lazy and McDonald''s screw ups don''t match with the hassle of bringing my lunch).
One time I ordered a simple cheese burger and they gave me something that was half-cheese burger/half-Big and Tasty

I like it when people will expend enough gasoline to go right up to and past the cost of the food mistake(erroneous pickle, wrong sized fry) to come back and see it rectified. Way to pick your battles.
I used to work at Subway, and we managed to keep screwups to an absolute minimum, but it happens. In regards to my first statement, the best nonsensical(if you avoid the obvious logic behind getting what you pay for) situation was when somebody embarked on a 10 minute walk back to the store in order to get the three slices of pepperoni I had shorted them(17 slices instead of 20.)
Myself, I was impressed that they cracked open the sandwich, waded through lettuce, mustard, oil, vinegar and all the other crap and actually counted their pepperoni.

Lol, thats great! My gf can be that way a lot of the time. I''m easy on stuff like that; it''s usually not worth my trouble. But man, my gf will make people so sorry they made a mistake that we get piles of free stuff. So it''s pretty cool in that respect.. she kicks ass, i get free stuff.
Ok i''m tired.. time to stop rambling.
I went to McDonalds once, walked up to the guy at the counter and said "Quarter pounder with cheese meal please, with a chocolate milkshake and barbecue sauce". The guy asked for my money, went away, and came back with a brown paper bag.
I looked in the brown paper bag. Inside was a quarter pounder, the cheese clearly visible within the paper wrap, a chocolate milkshake, a portion of fries, and two pots of barbecue sauce. I was speechless.
Usually it goes something like this:
Me: "Quarter pounder with cheese meal please, with a chocolate milkshake and barbecue sauce".
Them: "Large?"
Me: "No, regular please."
Them: "What drink would you like?"
Me: "Chocolate Milkshake"
Them: "What flavour?"
Me: "Errr, chocolate"
Them: "So thats a Quarter pounder with cheese meal, with a chocolate milkshake. Anything else with that?"
Me: "Could I have some barbecue sauce please"
Them: "OK" *goes away, fetches my order*
Me: *looking inside my bag* "Err, could I have some barbecue sauce please?"

It''s all a goddamn conspiracy..
How many times have you, in the history of going through a drive-through gotten TOO MUCH stuff?
Maybe once in my life..
I''d say this year, I got SHORTED on my drive-through orders at LEAST 15 times.
I swear to god it''s Fast Food policy to short a certain number of people per day.
My order is right about 1/2 the time... the other half something is left out..
I hate tomatoes for instance, so I always get my burger (if the burger I ordered comes with them) with NO Tomatoes... This little gem of an order alteration is apparently beyond the capabilities of the barely functional vaguely human people who are taking my order.
I really miss this Carl''s Jr. (called Hardees if you''re on the east coast) that I used to frequent when I lived in Southern Oregon.. It was employed largely by handicapped people with various limitations including some blind or deaf people, and varying levels of retardation... but you know what?
These People made the best goddamn food of any of the Carl''s Jr''s i''ve gone to since leaving there.
These people CARED about what they did... walk into a fast-food restaraunt and you''ve got 15 people who could give a flying fuck about anything beyond their dismal paycheck, and a never-been-laid 35 year old manager.
All around here in Portland we have drive-through order-takers who cannot speak english.. I''m serious.. they speak ''McDonalds menu'', and nothing else.. and barely at that..
I don''t know how many times I''ve struggled with the order-taker trying to understand that ''yoowafwieswat'' meant "Do you want fries with that?".
And, after finishing with that person, driving forward to be greeted by a normal everyday person who speaks english with no accent whatsoever..
I have to ask myself "why in the fuck aren''t you taking the orders? Joserita back there can''t speak a lick of english, but you know damn well she know how to count money".
It''s a goddamn conspiracy.. I''m telling you.

I prefer a good kebab instead of a McDonald''s "Royal Cheese"(seen Pulp Fiction?).
Kebabs are the new trend in france (since 2000'' approximately).
Don''t know if it''s the same in US.
Kabab is like a burger only fingered shaped.
This is the exact same reason why I watch the Food Network and cook most of my own food, plus fast food makes you fat.

Why would anyone want to eat at a fast food resturant?
That's a good question. You would never get me into one of those MacDonald's, Burger Kings, and whatever all those fast food 'restaurants' are called (can a place that sells industrial waste as food actually be called a 'restaurant' ?)

It's not the same as fast food crap. Most Kebab places actually use fresh ingredients, and they prepare it in front of your eyes. Not like this burger stuff coming out of deep frozen plastic bags, directly from the biochem reprocessing plant... (every time I see a MacDonald's, I have to think of Soylent Green, can't help it

lol, that''s because they don''t put "Barbecue Sauce" on the list, that''s why they always forget things like that, unless you order Chicken Nuggets (that always comes with sauces). If every customer orders Quarter Pounder meal with sauces, or the meal comes with sauces, you will get your sauces without re-asking them
and one more thing, it''s called: FAST FOOD. And McDonalds, according to my experience so far, is the fastest of all. You get your orders within <1 minute (with crappy quality foods). While other fast foods, you need to wait longer, considering equal number of orders. So, they forget to put cheese in your cheeseburger, forget to put sauce in your Big Mac..lol, probably they have overwhelming pressure back there.
My compiler generates one error message: "does not compile."
Interesting thought: My manager(at subway, remember), once told me about the "filler" policy. Everybody is allowed to have X percent of their product be composed of a "filler" material.
For McDonalds, supposedly, these materials are wax for the milkshakes(understandable enough) and cardboard for the meat.
This may just be one of those urban legends, but I gave it credit, coming from someone who once worked there.
So, couple that with the percentage of food that is allowed to be feces and other waste material, and you''ve got food for thought.

I heard once that McDonalds uses meat that is one grade lower than the meat used in Iams dog food.
