So i have visual studio 6.0 and my program (a terrain engine for a personal game/demo) is in fullscreen. is it possible to debug this thing in fullscreen, or must i be in windowed mode to do it? the problem??? i lazy to make it windowed since it doesnt support windowed mode.

You have three choices I believe: Windowed mode, Remote debugging with another networked computer, and I think using a two monitor system you can debug on one and run on the other.

Dual monitors and remote debugging are certainly the best two options. There are other options like using a few of the options on a breakpoint such as logging. I''ve never tried it, but you might be able to pretend you have two monitors with a desktop manager, such as nView, that lets you create multiple desktops. I have my doubts, but it might work.
