I think you're missing the bigger picture. 03/03/03 is obviously some kind of focal point in the space-time continuum.

06.06.06 will not be signifcant. People will expect it to, maybe a few doomsday cults will, but generally the worse that will happen will be a yiddish woman spills coffee on her skirt initiating a chain of events that will inevidably cause the Cola Wars to become quite violent, and penguins to relocate to Canada when it breaks off from US relations, and becomes Communist with its economy directly linked to Neo-Tokyo and Jamaica... though that chain of events will never reach large enough scale anywhere near 06.06.06, but historians will track it down to the Yiddish woman spilling coffee on her skirt.
