Where are the virtual keycodes defined?, VK_whatever (VK_UP, VK_SPACE, VK_A etc). Been looking all over for the damn things. It''s strange though because the arrows work and delete/insert etc but A-Z and 0-9 won''t Any ideas. Ta. _____________________________ error: does not compute!

i think they''re defined in winuser.h.
there''s no VK_A, ''A''-''Z'' and ''0''-''9'' should work

If you click on the binoculars in vc++ you can search files.

Choose the C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO\VC98 or whatever it is on your machine and you can find stuff.

I just found for you that VK_UP is in winuser.h
