Heya guys Is there a way to capture and save a part of what the screen currently shows ? I mean , how does print screen work ? Is it something heavily complicated or i could write something like that too ? I need a way to get what the screen displays at a given time and then do some checks . Indeed i plan to make a low health indicator for a game (just for fun) .
Thank you all :)

You can try getting the screen (or is it desktop?) DC via GetDC(0) and blitting the contents to a bitmap.

i wanted to get a rect in the screen of whatever it displays . It might be a 3D game or a windows app .
Thank you all :)
