Bizarre texture behaviour.

In my world editor, if I create polygons near the edge of the screen while in orthographic mode, it will any textures currently panning to double in size! (Or rather, it has the effect of halving the texture coordinates, making the textures appear to be experiencing exponential growth.) It''s quite bizzare behaviour, and it only occurs in textures that rely on OpenGL to automatically "roll-over" the texture coordinates. (eg, passing 1.5 as a U coordinate, and expecting to see the texture drawn from half-way) Anybody else experience anything like this?

using 1.5 as a texture corrdinate will mean tile the texture 1.5 times.
perhaps use CLAMP_TO_EDGE intseda of REPEAT + change your texture corrdinates
