get a non-english font and use it. alternatively, if you have nt, they should''ve come with a few unicode fonts (you can spot them by their file size: look for .ttf files over 10 megs). find the unicode character codes for the letters you want to see in the non-english language, possibly converting them from ansi using a specific codepage, and print the unicode characters using one of those unicode fonts.
