You might also want a history of student involvement. Universities like students who get involved. And apply early. It certainly couldn''t hurt.

Cool, I actully applied in october. This is why I'm getting rather anxious about being accepted. And AP, were you in state or out of state when you applied there?

Oh, student involvement. Well, I've heard that it's just to make sure you don't list something like "Anarchist club." This was about the UC schools and I hear they are rather heartless anyway...

Soccer Freshman year
Lacrosse juinor and seinor year
Computer programming club, co-founder juinor year, president seinor year

And a job I work 18 hours a week.


I'd say I'm fairly well off in this area.

I know that Southern Poly seems to have a good reputation.

As far as getting into Tech goes, I wouldn''t worry about your scores. Now it is a numbers game. If you don''t get in this time around, don''t forget to try again.
