Memory question ?

well hi ! my problem is taht sometimes i dont know if i''m having memory leaks.. sometimes my computer turns off altomatically after running the prog like 10 times.... i guess it has something to do with memory. But i need to know what is being left .. how do i do that ? thx in advance
