Ok, I''ve got a splitter window in my MFC application that has 4 seprate windows in it that use OpenGL. I aslo have in the OnDraw method, the OpenGL code to clear and swapbuffers. After this I have used the CDC point pDC to draw some text in the corner describing that view ports current perspective. Everything works fine until I maximize the window. The lower right-hand view port''s background color changes to a brighter shade. Would any of you might know what''s going on here.

not sure, but for that viewport you might want to make sure your
glClearColor settings are correct..
you might''ve forgotten to set them, and after the maximize event it''s
picking up some garbage values.
worth a shot anyway

That was it thanks! I set the glClearColor when I initailized OpenGL. I wonder how it may have picked up any odd values?
