Windows Dial up serving

Welll, I have windows xp (home) and I managed to set it up to accept incoming connections eventually. The only problem is, every time my phone rings it picks up (well duh..). Is there a way of making it pick up after only a certain number of rings of something?

yaaahhhh...... I mean, i want to use the phone to recieve voice calls as well as data calls. obviously can''t if the instant it rings it gets picked up by the computer.
