Need creative gaming idea/programmer

When we participate in conferences with Table Top exhibits, my company uses a 42" plasma screen to illustrate our services. We generally show a PowerPoint presentation. To generate more interest in our display -- many people just walk past without really looking at it -- I have an idea of overlaying some kind of game on the screen, perhaps taking up the whole screen, or just nestled in the corner. For example, a little pop-up window where two people could play "Pong", with our company logo as the ball. Or, at the other extreme of complexity, run FlightSim 2002 with custom scenary that forces the pilot to fly over renderings of our projects (we design and build industrial facilities).
