It depends which compiler you''re using. Which one are you using?

If I had my way, I''d have all of you shot!

e:\Visual Studio Projects\Tanks\Object.h(5) : error C2059: syntax error : '}'

Build log was saved at "file://e:\Visual Studio Projects\Tanks\Debug\BuildLog.htm"
Tanks - 3 error(s), 0 warning(s)

---------------------- Done ----------------------

Build: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 0 skipped

edit:
looks like your right, it was defined somewhere else :D
now i get a sh*t load of link errors :o
seems to be linking the first cpp and h file from my project that includes a files i called DirectX.h, then if any other file includes this file, it comes up with link errors. Should:

#ifndef ...
#define ...

//code

#end if

in the DirectX.h header file stop this from happenening?
