Well. basicly im coding a Space based MMORPG. Got a rough design doc, and a playable client with battle over a server with other loged in users, presistant money and fuel across server resets, ability to buy/sell fuel. and working on commodity tradeing, warp drive, nav system, targeting system. 10000 lines in the client, allmost 4000 in the server.

We'r looking for people who are actualy gonna work , we don't mind you asking alot of questions about how to do stuff, just that you actualy work, and no im not talking 6 hours a day, im talking like an hour or two a day. Its gonna have a year free beta at least. I can't afford to pay programmers, but when it goes pay, I will split the profits.
We have a rough design doc, and will be working on some uml class diagrams, and I don't mind awnsering alot of questions to get you fimilerised with the code. What makes this game so great? well for one, it allows a dynamic resource system, where you don't alloc power to thrusters or shealds, and then not have any weapons when you havent moved or been hit all day, you only use up thruster energy when you use your thrusters, and even then its buffered so you can do bursts of thrusters, weapons and full shealds, as well as be able to take hits on your shealds and have energy rechargeing your weapons.
Also this game will have true physics, as far as space fight anyway (Think 6 degrees of movement, slideing around, and being able to have sidestep thrusters) tho I guess we can't call warp true physics but still we are very close
Plus all the standard user run goverment structures and corporations, user owned planets/starbases, user built starbases, Researching new techs and researching to make things smaller, more efficant, cheaper, take up less space and be lighter. as well as being able to own more then one starbase/ship/planet etc, and switch beween ships
