stream redirection

hi, I''m using strstreambuf and ostream objects to print into my console and im wanting to implement a command to list the directory contents. However I cant find any useful functions. Im using something like: system("dir") but that just loses the focus, so I tried to redirect the stdout to print to the same stream as the console but i cant get that to work, any suggestions?

findfirstfile will get you there easier than redirecting dir''s output.
