So, what I need to do is load a .obj file into my scene graph and then represent it as a wireframe. Does anyone know how to do this in java3d?? I have searched everywhere with no luck. I wrote a generic .obj parser to draw the wireframes but it only works on like half the models and it doesn''t really work since it just traces the vertices and doesn''t connect the correct vertices. Can anyone help?? Thanks.

You can either use a line array or use a triangle array with the rasterization set to line in the PolygonAttribute of your appearance node. I have used both and they both work.
