I have one question for the thousands of you who either support or do not support military action in Iraq (your position doesn''t matter, this thread still applies to you). Do you actually think that posting why "Bush sux0rz" or "Bush r0x0rz" on a game development forum is actually going to change (or prevent change)? The only reason I ask is because everyday, there seems to be at least one or two new threads on the subject. COME ON, PEOPLE. This isn''t the place to go to debate it to this level. One thread was enough for intellectual discourse. Now, if you really want to take a stand either way, then do so in public protests, public protests to the protests, or whatever. But making countless threads about the same topic on Gamedev.net isn''t going to change anything. Ok, I''m done ranting.

but seriously, i''m tired of all the new threads also, but a lot of people get into these kinds of threads. That''s what the Lounge is for, other topics besides making games.

Just ignore them.

Actually I''m more concerned with what''s going on in N. Korea.
What was up with their Mig''s "escorting" a US plane for 20 minutes in international air space? Are they trying to get someone to shoot at them for an excuse to start tossing nukes in every direction?
That dude is just as much a maniac if not more so than Saddam.

Yes, all war discussions should be held in one thread. If people are worried that their opinion will not be viewed enough, too bad.
