I have written some bad poetry, but all in good tastes. My sense of pace is a quick, abrupt one, using much contrast. (Warning: This contrast can be anything) "Death" Death, Life. "Taco" What it is, What it wants, I am it, I want it, It is a taco. "CD Player" Twice now, Thrice now, Whatever it is for four, For before, It is gone, It is lost, It is my CD Player. "Fire" Coldness, Darkness, Someone just do something, ******* give me, A sweater.

Great stuff. I didn't have any funny poetry, so I just copied this 'serious' poem I wrote a few months ago.

My heart grows weary
heavier than before when
it rested unburdened;
take wings within me.

The disquieting dream which
haunts me as I lie awake
in a bed sewn from tears;
find peace within me.

Lost in a void
where dark flows, penetrates and
light falls from retreating angels;
proclaim triumphant within me.

Hoping leads to praying for
an end to the wanting
that lasts eternal in a tainted soul;
be free within me.
