Hi. Which profiler do you use? Which do you recommand? I need to find performance bottlenecks and memory leaks for my directx game. bye,ivan

If you''re using VS 6 (pro or corporate version), it has a profiler built-in. If not, check out VTune on intel''s site (they give you a 30 day evaluation period for free).

If you''re using an AMD proccesor, they have a free profiler on their site.

I downloaded AMD code analyst (I''m assuming thats the one you refer to), but it doesn''t appear to work with the debug information generated by MSVC .Net. It would load programs fine, but after timing them it would list functions/modules/etc as unknown.
