Whats the most compressed File format? whats a program that has the ability to compress to the best compression format? Note that this format and program must be able to decompress the file and maintain file integrity.

RAR compression is pretty good (go look up WinRAR on google), but 7zip compression is a little bit better in most cases. 7zip ain''t a user friendly program tho. You can find 7zip here.

Bzip2 is supposedly the "best" compression. Except that it''s horrendously slow.

Yeah, bz2 is really good compression, and if youre looking for something a little faster consider gz

I heard 100% lossy compression is very good. It even comes prepackaged with all major operating systems.
