Hi, I have created my very own very of notepad and i was trying to give the user the fuction of moving to a specified line number in a file. I thought SetConsoleCursorPosition might have worked but it didn''t seem to move the cursor at all. Anyone any ideas? Thanks in advance

You haven''t given enough information. Can you be very specific about the problem? What error codes were returned by GetLastError()? Can you post some code?
