hey, im intrested im develeping a game/program that will allow me and my frieds ( you and your frieds) to chat over the internet, do i hear you sau use an IM client ? , well thas where it gets tricky . i want it to be a IM/3d world so there are charecters (max 10) in an uncomplicated world/room/building they need to be able to interact with each other and move around, use a diffrent number of emotions and actions such as look around or say sit on a chair. if you are intrested in helping me with this project/dream please get in touch with me at tecnicalcrap@hotmail.com , this will be free software (either open source or freeware) and you will do this in your own time , thanks in advance Michael Sheard.

VRML.

i rememver a christmas theme worl I used to be on back when I had 33.6k modem and stuff. you could go up a sky lift and sky down the slopes and see other people doing it as well as chat to them and stuff.
It used a plugin for netscape

VRML.. that brings back some memories. I can''t really help right now but I think it could be cool and I also was thinking this could be done using some Java3D unless you''re looking for really fancy stuff. btw I love your email address
