I have recently read the third game-tutorial, written by ShiningNight, and I have found something strange.. I may have forgotten something, or done something wrong, but no matter which color I chooses to use on the particles, red is always there! Even if I set start_red to 0 and end_red to 0!! Does anyone have any idea??

Strange... It works ok for me!

Where are you setting the color?

Make sure no other settings override these settings afterwards...

I''m setting the color in the Game_Init-function. I''ve even tried to modify the example so it uses blue color instead of that "firey-color", but there is red there anyway! I have searched through all the code and commented away everything that has "color_count[0] = x", and the when I press a button I write the value of color_count[0] to a file, and the value changes!!

Yeeeees!!! I found what was wrong! I had written this:
particle[loop].color[4] = particle[loop].alpha;
instead of this:
particle[loop].color[3] = particle[loop].alpha;

It is the same thing in the example! Maybe get someone to change that??
Grr..
