Tutorials

I am a newbie to network programming. I admit that I have no knowledge of network programming, however I have much knowledge in c++. I am wondering if anyone can point me in a direction where I might be able to find some (complete) tutorials on network programming. Maybe even some simple source code of a chat server or something. Thanks.
